Top cuvée, from two Pyrgos vineyards, spontaneous fermentation and aged in concrete eggs. Winery used to be called Avantis but from 2020 is called Anhydrous (arid). No oak.
Broader than the Riesling on the nose with riper lemon aromas. Really more evolved than the Dönnhoff, Niederhäuser Hermannshöhle Riesling Grosses Gewächs 2021 with an almost metallic grip on the palate. Very long and assertive. 2022-2028
